Letโ€™s go over your health history for about 45 minutes, to get a better understanding of where youโ€™re coming from, where you are in your health journey right now, and where youโ€™re hoping to go moving forward. This will include things like sleep, diet, exercise, interpersonal relationships, work, etc. You are not required to share anything with me that youโ€™re not comfortable sharing; all question are optional. We will discuss goals, timeline, get to know each other a bit, smile, laugh, all the good stuff.

This is totally exploratory and commitment-free. If it doesnโ€™t feel right to move forward right now - no hard feelings! We are all such different people, we canโ€™t all expect to match up.
