Letโs go over your health history for about 45 minutes, to get a better understanding of where youโre coming from, where you are in your health journey right now, and where youโre hoping to go moving forward. This will include things like sleep, diet, exercise, interpersonal relationships, work, etc. You are not required to share anything with me that youโre not comfortable sharing; all question are optional. We will discuss goals, timeline, get to know each other a bit, smile, laugh, all the good stuff.
This is totally exploratory and commitment-free. If it doesnโt feel right to move forward right now - no hard feelings! We are all such different people, we canโt all expect to match up.
